Hello!

    I am Carol and these are my 4 children. We are a small hobby breeder in Southwest Iowa. God has brought us to a small acreage here where there is lots of room to run for both children and dogs. Breeding papillons and collies is something we are doing together as a family. My children and I have found a great love for these sweet little papillons and the very loyal and friendly collie dogs. 

    We each have our own chores that we are responsible for. My girls give the puppies all kinds of attention and love, and my boys clean out their cages and the yard. I provide all the medical and grooming needs. We all give the much needed love and attention that these, “balls of fluff” so long to have.

    Our puppies and dogs get lots of play time. The girls love to put the puppies and some of the adult papillons in the stroller and push them around and the dogs love it. : ) And even though there is no need for it, they put the adult dogs on a leash and walk them everywhere. They all love to explore together.

    We are striving to bring you a well socialized puppy. Our goal is that once you buy a puppy from us, you can bring him or her into your home and it will just blend right in. We are not a puppy mill. We are doing our best with what we know and are trying every day to learn more; so that way we can bring you a quality, good natured pet. You are always welcome to come and see us here at Loving Shepherd Farm which is not a farm actually.

    We picked the name of our business “Loving Shepherd Farm” for a purpose... It tells about our Father in heaven Who is our loving Shepherd. He has guided us and provided for us and is taking care of us. We love the Lord Jesus and we desire to glorify Him in all we do. We live according to what His word (the Bible) says- and what it says is true. We want that to somehow reflect in the puppies and in the quality of service that you get from us as a family.
